- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contacting us through Thumbtack gets you an instant $10 savings on most services with standard pricing of $85 resulting in a base price of $75.* These services include 3 attempts on a routine basis. *Specials may run to further discount these rates. We are offering an additional special on all services to CT Corporation or Corporate Creations Network at their Los Angeles Offices. An additional $10 is taken off reducing the rate to $65! We do offer rush and stake out services for an additional fee. These discounted rates do not apply to any product or service that is not initially priced at the $85 price point. Restraining Orders and Family Law (which begin at $130) do not qualify and always start at this price point. These services are automatically rushed and includes up to 5 attempts. Notice postings (which begin at $50) also do not qualify for any further discounts. Our rates are not pro-rated when less than the total attempts provided are used/needed and our rates apply PER address. A different unit within the same apartment complex is considered a new address. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication and availability on some form of fashion to answer questions and ensure the job is done. This doesn't apply to solely new customers. ALL customers get this treatment. We try our best to respond quickly--our goal is in under a minute! We will go the extra mile to find all we can to make sure we are serving the correct location as well as helping connect you with servers outside of our typical service area to get those jobs done as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have first hand experience as a plaintiff in numerous cases requiring effective service. Thru working with other process servers and lots of research and educational books, I have learned the ins and outs of the industry. We are very knowledgeable on the different forms needed to accomplish various tasks with the courts and while we cannot provide legal advice, we can do our best to aid you to achieve the outcome you desire and express how we would approach the situation if we were in your shoes.
