These discounted rates do not apply to any product or service that is not initially priced at the $85 price point. Jobs at this price point includes 3 attempts. Restraining Orders and Family Law (which begin at $130) do not qualify and always start at the $130 price point. These services are automatically RUSHED and includes up to 5 attempts. Notice postings (which begin at $50) also do not qualify for any further discounts. Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) cases also do not qualify (they begin at $130) but include 3 attempts and service for all unnamed occupants and one named tenant. Eviction cases also includes printing up to 50 pages per party served (as opposed to 20 pages for other case types). Rates can go up from these base prices based on the location and area assigned "Zones".
SPECIAL CT CORPORATION/CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK PRICE*: For all services to be completed at CT Corporation or Corporate Creations Network, the rate is further discounted an additional $10 for a total of $20 off our normal rate of $85. Services at these locations begin at $65 each!

Amazing experience!
Mr. Lewis not only helped us serve the court papers to the defendant promptly, but he also went above and beyond by providing valuable insights and information that saved us both time and money.
Many process servers wouldn’t go out of their way to offer that kind of guidance, and it was sincerely appreciated.
Communication was excellent throughout. We received prompt replies to both emails and Yelp messages. We were kept informed every step of the way. All correspondence were detailed and organized, making it easy to ensure everything was done correctly, which is especially important given how strict court rules can be.

Responded very quickly and was very knowledgeable. They really knew their stuff and the process. We wanted to get the process done correctly but we’re running out of time. After sever failed attempts to serve the other party we are getting discouraged. Thankfully we were able to get a further court date and the other party was served. With time crunching down and little hope dwindling they were able to get the job done which is much appreciated.

Make ‘Em Pay was super professional and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. They were able to to get my opposing party served the next day once I submitted all the necessary paperwork! I originally tried using the Sheriff’s department to serve my opposing party, however they were unsuccesful because they did not serve during the days/hours I requested & stopped by the 2nd attempt because her son lied and told them she did not live there/he didn’t know that person. However, Make ‘Em Pay did not fall into her tricks since she was avoiding getting served. They knew exactly the type of person they were dealing with and were able to get that person served on their first attempt. Wow, Thank you!

We are offering an additional special on all services to CT Corporation or Corporate Creations Network at their Los Angeles Offices. An additional $10 is taken off reducing the rate to $65!
We do offer rush and stake out services for an additional fee.

Our rates are not pro-rated when less than the total attempts provided are used/needed and our rates apply PER address. A different unit within the same apartment complex is considered a new address. Links to our full pricing before any discounts can be found on our website link.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication and availability on some form of fashion to answer questions and ensure the job is done. This doesn't apply to solely new customers. ALL customers get this treatment. We try our best to respond quickly--our goal is in under a minute! We will go the extra mile to find all we can to make sure we are serving the correct location as well as helping connect you with servers outside of our typical service area to get those jobs done as well!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have first hand experience as a plaintiff in numerous cases requiring effective service. Thru working with other process servers and lots of research and educational books, I have learned the ins and outs of the industry. We are very knowledgeable on the different forms needed to accomplish various tasks with the courts and while we cannot provide legal advice, we can do our best to aid you to achieve the outcome you desire and express how we would approach the situation if we were in your shoes.
