- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quoted includes as many attempts needed to serve your documents or until a bad address is reported, meaning subject no longer lives or moved out from address. Price quoted is for each defendant and per address. You pay once work is completed. Once you submit payment for your paperwork, I will print and mail to you the original signed proof of service. I will also emailed you a draft copy of the proof of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fastest way to begin service would be for you to scan and email service documents. I will print and begin service attempts within 2-3 business days. I will bill you once work is completed and before proof of service form is given to yo. Will bill through my bank using Zelle money request, Venmo or paypal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a court employee for over 7 years working in the small claims, family law, limited and unlimited civil departments. Have been a registered process server for over 13 years.
