Introduction: We treat your building as if it were our own. Since I also own apartment buildings, we are sensitive to costs, and we are always negotiating the best price for any maintenance or capital improvement work. We also don't mind working with owners who want to be more actively involved with day to day updates via email or phone. Everything we do is on State of the Art software (Yardi Voyager 7s) and our clients can have access to real time information if they like. I love what I do and I love real estate! Every day brings something new and different. I enjoy the process of improving properties and increasing the net income for my clients. It gives me great satisfaction to continue to deliver better and better results for our clients.

In life it is often said you get what you pay for. I know a number of families that own real estate that would rather manage their own properties in order to save the management fee, say 5%, when I find out how poorly they tend to manage their own properties it is clear they are being penny wise and dollar foolish. Specifically Mike and his team raise rent on time, are helpful in dealing with bad tenants and is unbelievably transparent with his accounting. Everyone should be so lucky as to have a property management company as competent, trustworthy and nice! On top of all of it, the staff of Jorge, Mary Beth and Eddie are about as nice, kind, available as anyone in the industry. If your reading this clearly your thinking of using Mike and his team. Don’t walk, run! Hire them. I couldn’t be more serious, this team is the only property management company my family will use, proudly!

I referred an important client to Michael Hananel because I new I could trust him to treat her well! Michael helped her rent a 2nd property until the market corrected, managed the property, and later helped sell it. My client can’t stop talking about what a pleasure it was to work with Michael! Strategic Growth Real Estate Inc came heavily recommended and they are worth every penny. They make things so easy that I often forget I even own the rental property until I get my monthly draw. When issues arise such as a need for a repair, they only notify me after they have researched plausible solutions and are ready to make a recommendation based on price and quality. When I needed a rush for a document while getting my taxes done, the staff dropped everything they were doing, contacted the bank on their own, and had it sent to me immediately. Strategic Growth absorbs all of the hassles of owning a property and they are worth every (reasonable) penny. Could not recommend more highly.

    We increase income for our clients by marketing and leasing vacant properties at the highest market rent while screening applicants to make sure we only rent to the most qualified tenants. We collect your rent or we don't get paid (our management fee is based on collected rents). We deal with maintenance requests on a timely basis and ensure that the properties are maintained properly. We do all your accounting, pay the bills and send you a detailed monthly report on your property.
