It was a great experience to work with Ziprent team starting with Arvand. While I was looking at whom to hire as my rental property manager, I spoke with Arvand and immediately felt very comfortable regarding the flat-rate services Ziprent offered and answering all my questions. Ziprent is PHENOMENAL (and I'm a tough critic). Having been in the customer service industry for 25+ years my standards are exceptionally high, and Ziprent exceeded my expectations during every interaction. My husband and I are first time landlords and Ziprent really put our minds at ease. They answered all of our questions, were available via email, text and phone anytime we had a question. The data and analysis they provided on market values helped us ensure we priced our home correctly. They operate with honestly and integrity, providing a flat fee price structure upfront and allowing clients to exit contracts at anytime. Not to mention, typical rental companies charge 8-12% which in the Bay Area is not cheap! Ziprent is extremely affordable for anyone looking to maximize their profit, while having the peace of mind of a property management company to help you get setup and going. Ziprent has operates with transparency, integrity and earned our trust quickly. They were incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful throughout our rental process. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We use straight forward and standard pricing for all of our services. Our tenant placement service is priced at $950 per placement. We provide the highest level of service in this area and one of the most competitive prices in the industry! Once we publish our full management offering, it will be done at $95 per month. For all of our products, we assign a dedicated property manager to each property. And when they are not available, there will be a team of professionals available 24/7 to address any issues for you or your (perspective) tenants. Our goal is to use technology and hands-on attention to provide the best property management experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For our tenant placement service, we will reach out to get some basic details about your property. You can either provide it over the phone or on our website. We will then schedule a time to meet you and get a key to the property. Once we have the key, your property will be photographed (at no cost) by a professional photographer and will appear online for on demand showings within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed broker with the state of CA and own over 100 units in CA. I became interested in property management after identifying the inefficiencies and inadequacies that surrounded the industry.
