Arvand and Noah are supper helpful and efficient in finding tenants and managing our property. Their service had exceeded my husband and my expectations.We had our property ready for rental in May 2018. We first tried to list the house ourself but didn't work out. Then in early August 2018 we hired an agent from Prandi but the experience was bad. The Prandi agent was not responsive and we had to chase after her to get updates and eventually she suggested to keep lowering our price gradually until finding the tenants. We terminated the service with Prandi and was thinking maybe to just sell the house.In late December 2018 I found Ziprent and decided to give it another try. We are so grateful to Ziprent's exceptional service. They are super responsive, on top of all the inquiries, came up with multiple strategies to promote our rental, provides transparent dashboard for all activity updates, and charge unbeatable fees which is only a fraction of the cost compared to Prandi and other providers. In slightly over a month and in the slow season in January 2019, Ziprent had found us the tenants for our house. Thanks again Noah and Arvand! We highly recommend Ziprent to people who are looking for quality management service and want to rent out their properties fast.

Ziprent is PHENOMENAL (and I'm a tough critic). Having been in the customer service industry for 25+ years my standards are exceptionally high, and Ziprent exceeded my expectations during every interaction. My husband and I are first time landlords and Ziprent really put our minds at ease. They answered all of our questions, were available via email, text and phone anytime we had a question. The data and analysis they provided on market values helped us ensure we priced our home correctly. They operate with honestly and integrity, providing a flat fee price structure upfront and allowing clients to exit contracts at anytime. Not to mention, typical rental companies charge 8-12% which in the Bay Area is not cheap! Ziprent is extremely affordable for anyone looking to maximize their profit, while having the peace of mind of a propertymanagement company to help you get setup and going. Ziprent has operates with transparency, integrity and earned our trust quickly. They were incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful throughout our rental process. Ziprent staff is professional and efficient. The owner of the company did the initial site inspection. He was low key and very knowledgeable. He did a cursory glance of my property and pointed out a few issues that we needed to address before putting the property on the rental market. As a first time landlord, I had a lot of questions that were answered promptly. I know professionals are managing my property. Their online propertymanagement program is state of the art. The staff's quick response to my inquiries is old fashioned excellent customer service.

Ziprent rented out two houses for my family lately. They did wonderful jobs on both. Considering there seems more than enough inventory in Fairfield. They rented out my house promptly with good tenants. The founder and general manager, Arvand Sebetian, treats every client like he/she the only customer he has. He pays good attention to his clients's needs. Besides they offer great customer service, their management fee is unbelievable low. I highly recommend Ziprent as a property owner.

Ziprent has revolutionized the house leasing process and I could not be happier with their service! High quality work: professional, personal and efficient. Two years ago, I moved out of the SF Bay Area and began to sublet my house. When that tenant decided to move out, I wasnt sure how Id find another tenant from across the country. Ziprent solved all my problems. Over the phone, Arvand took the time to walk me through their entire business model, and by the end of our conversation he had sent me a rent analysis on my property with a sample contract clearly outlining how our future business relationship would play out, should I decide to use Ziprent. He was patient, professional, direct and instead of making me feel like a customer, I felt like I was entering into a mutual deal with a business partner. Only later did I discover he is the owner of the company, which instilled in me confidence that my property was in good hands. With Ziprent I have complete control of my property, rental costs and tenant selection but they do all of the leg work for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use straight forward and standard pricing for all of our services. Our tenant placement service is priced at $1250 per placement (+$250 photography fee for first time customers). We provide the highest level of service in this area and one of the most competitive prices in the industry!
Once we publish our full management offering, it will be done at $150 per month.
For all of our products, we assign a dedicated property manager to each property. And when they are not available, there will be a team of professionals available 24/7 to address any issues for you or your (perspective) tenants. Our goal is to use technology and hands-on attention to provide the best property management experience!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our tenant placement service, we will reach out to get some basic details about your property. You can either provide it over the phone or on our website. We will then schedule a time to meet you and get a key to the property.
Once we have the key, your property will be photographed (at no cost) by a professional photographer and will appear online for on demand showings within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed broker with the state of CA and own over 100 units in CA. I became interested in property management after identifying the inefficiencies and inadequacies that surrounded the industry. So I set out to build a software that bests compliments my team and I so we can provide the best and most efficient service to my tenants and my future customers (you!).
