- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a People person and hold no ill will towards anyone. I Strive to keep the Customer Happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to Find a price we can both agree on, set the details and take a deposit to hold the date and time. Usually about a third. I follow through beforehand and show up on time or early. I stay for the allotted time or until I am released. I do my best to get the photos or video done in a timely fashion. pictures done in a day or 2, and video as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in the Arts of Telecommunications and Film from CSULA Associates in Broadcast and Cinema Associates in Liberal Arts and Sciences Certified in Broadcast and Cinema
