As a business owner, I want the best for my company and my employees. My assistant and I vetted through over a dozen security companies (some used by current clients, and others just from Google Searches), and we ended up with CSI. The main aspects that drew us to them were two things: price and the no False Alarms. I signed immediately on the day that I met them, and luckily did not have to look back. While there was one or two hiccups on the path to completion, CSI staff and owner addressed everything above and beyond our expectations! Because of all these qualities I could not recommend a better service in the Los Angeles area for security systems. Hopefully I never have an issue someone breaking in, but I am sure that CSI will be there on the spot. Thank you!

Due to the recent events that have been taking place in Los Angeles we decided to look into security protection for our home. We called several companies and were really disappointed with the options until our last appointment with CSI Security. The sales man was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about what we needed and was able to give us all the information we requested. They installed the most amazing high tech system and the installer left our home clean. They are priced right and when you call you get a live person who speaks to you. I am so happy with the service this company provides. I urge anyone looking for a security system to contact CSI they truly are experts in the field.

I'm parked in the loading area of Petsmart (5am)waiting to be unloaded (semi driver here), a d every 30 minutes to an hour a CSI would drive by and honk his horn and speed off. If not that he'd come bang on the side of my truck (while I'm in the sleeper) and speed off. I do not know what his deal is, but that is not a good way of patrolling. Will be calling anyone who's higher up.

I recently set up a security system in my home with CSI Security. I would like to thank my representative.. Mike for answering a million questions I asked and making sure that all my concerns were addressed about what type of a system I needed. I can't thank you enough for your time and your diligence.The system was set up by Jessie, a really great technician that knows everything about these systems.
