- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates depend on the service, schedule, duration, location and staffing level. Starting rates include $35 per hour for recurring unarmed guards, $40 per hour for temporary or event unarmed guards, $54 per hour for recurring armed guards, $62 per hour for temporary or event armed guards, $37 per hour for construction-site security, $40 per hour for fire watch, $39 per hour for retail or loss prevention, $36 per hour for access control or gate duty, and $44 per hour for a dedicated patrol vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we review the assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first confirm the site, dates, hours, duties, number of guards, access procedures, uniform preferences, urgency and any special risks. We then review availability, provide a written estimate and, after approval, confirm staffing, reporting expectations and points of contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assignments are staffed according to the requirements of each post. Relevant personnel qualifications may include California security licensing, CPR or first-aid, emergency-response and fire-safety training. We verify any required credentials before confirming coverage.
