Hello! My name is Dominique Gomez and I am a singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles (lessons also offered anywhere via Zoom!). For the past four years, I've had the joy of developing my students skills in voice, guitar, piano, ukulele, songwriting and music theory from beginners (as young as age 5 to adults) to advanced players! I strive to help my students achieve their dreams in music. Dom is such a gem! I have always been really insecure about my voice but after taking lessons with her I am finally starting to feel confident when I sing. Her approach is gentle and attentive and she’s good at simplifying things about technique that I used to overthink. Also as a singer/songwriter I can play a bit of guitar and piano, both which Dom has also really helped me with to improve and expand my ability when performing and writing.

Dominique has been a really wonderful voice and guitar teacher. She tailors each lesson to my musical interests as well as to the specific skills I'm hoping to develop. She has a great ability to both demonstrate and explain technique, often offering different approaches and allowing me to find which one works best. I've definitely improved with her as my teacher; and it helps that she is always able to make the lessons fun.
