- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a service member I give generous discounts to Service members and Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a conversation to understand their vision, goals, and how the images will be used. From there, I provide a customized quote and outline the project scope, timeline, and deliverables. Once we agree on the details, I send a contract and collect a deposit to secure the date. Leading up to the shoot, I stay in touch to finalize logistics, styling, and shot lists. After the session, I deliver edited images by the agreed deadline and ensure the client is happy with the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree from New York film Academy of Los Angeles, and continued training with the Los Angeles Dodgers Team Photographer Jon Soohoo.
