Introduction: Hello, I'm Will with the RPM Team. We are a full-service engineering and project management firm that has extensive experience with residential, commercial and industrial projects. We started our business 3 years ago to solve a common drawback in the design world - delivering expedient design services in an industry plagued by long lead times and delays. We have achieved enormous success with our approach, delivering such projects as Emergency Covid Relief Hospital in Los Angeles, Embarcadero Homeless Navigation Center in San Francisco, several high-profile military projects and countless commercial and residential projects throughout the country. Will and his team were professional and efficient in determining if my wall was a load bearing wall or not. We set up a virtual meet and they were able to determine that my wall was not load bearing by observing the attic trusses. Which means, the other engineer I hired before him was full of BS. When the previous engineer viewed the attic, he said it looks like the wall was most likely load bearing and that he can draw up a plan for $4k. Watch out for the scammers! RPM is legit and gets my stamp of approval. Highly recommend!
