- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work from my home office so my fees are below the regular pricing. I do offer free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my line of work I need to know my customers so that i am able to assist them to the best of my abilities. Please know that in my line of work we do discuss personal topics. For example (Filing Status, Income, Birthdate, Social Security). Know that these topics are very confidential and are only for working purposes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Economics, 30 Years of Accounting Experience, 11 years of Tax Preparation, and Yearly continuing Education.
