Introduction

I’ve lived a couple different lives: music industry power broker, fiction writer, elite tennis player. In each career, I noticed something strange - authors with the best prose often go unpublished, artists with the most beautiful music often go unheard, and tennis players with the best strokes often go out early in big tournaments. People can’t seem to get out of their own way. In tennis, what’s between your ears matters as much as what you do with the rest of your body, and I’m here to help with both. I'm a former nationally ranked junior, NCAA Division 1 recruit, and current a semi-pro player. Professional Tennis Registry, SafePlay, and CPR certified.

I was able to improve the speed on my serve in just a couple of weeks and I've also added some improvements to my diet that were suggested. Night in day difference in my game, and my confidence, since I started under the instruction of Coach Bouvy!!

I was ranked in the top 200 in the country as a junior player and received several division one college offers! I still actively play tournaments and come from a family of coaches in varied sports. I’m currently certified through the Professional Tennis Registry.
