- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our name says it all. We are more than reasonable and we are always willing to work with our customer even if the cost of the job is too much based on the amount of work needed to be done (e.g. large structures that have heavy infestations and/or multiple termite species that require different treatment methods. What can drive up the bill is extensive structural damage). Most of our inspections are FREE unless it's for escrow or a full inspection is required. Then we charge an nominal fee (Usually $49-99) that gets applied towards any work we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an appointment for us to come out and access the situation and figuring out the best solution. Educating the customer on everything that is involved. Working with the customer concerns and budget. Setting up a convenient time to schedule the work and completing it with the customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family owned business with close to 30 years of experience, years of know how, customer service oriented, honesty, reliability, and most of all integrity. We have competitors which we look at as colleagues that actually some are previous employees who went into business for themselves call us for our advice which we are always are willing to give.
