Recently a swarm of termites showed up in the bay window of my daughter's bedroom. I was referred to Tanler by a friend and colleague who spoke highly of her experience. After several other termite inspections, including Orkin, I chose Tanler because it was obvious from the beginning that their good reputation was well-deserved. The inspector, Brandon, showed up on time and was friendly, informative, and courteous. He spent an hour or so checking out every nick and cranny of my home, including the attic and crawl space under the house. I was told that I had both subterranean and drywood termites, and he recommended a complete treatment which included trenching and foaming with an environmentally friendly product that wouldn't harm our dog. I was relieved when he told me that we would not be required to tent and vacate our home. I was also pleased with the price I was quoted.The service was scheduled to be performed a couple of days later on a Saturday morning. The service technicians, Ivan and Erik, arrived promptly at the appointed hour. They, too, were friendly, professional, and very thorough. They seem to have left no stone unturned. The one glitch was that they had an equipment problem an hour or so into the service, but they worked it out and completed the work within the time frame I had been given. I was very satisfied with their service. Of course with termites you never really know what's going on because they are sneaky little devils, but I do believe that my problem has been resolved. The work is under warranty for two years, and they advised me to call back in one year for another free inspection. That's exactly what I intend to do!

So glad we found Tanler! Weve contracted with them for half a year now and theyve helped us with our termites + rodent proofing. Recently we just started with their monthly pest control services. They were very responsive and thorough in answering all of my questions and also had the most competitive rates compared to other services in our area. Jeff from Tanler is a joy to work with and helped us get set up initially. He has always been very quick to answer any questions and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to pests. Even when hes off the clock, I still catch him responding to my emails! I think that says a lot about a business and their commitment to customer satisfaction :) would recommend their service to anyone!

Spent the morning waiting around for someone from Tanler to show up and evaluate our home for treatment. Our visit window was 8 to 12 (which they confirmed by phone yesterday) and finally at 11:30am we called to check in after no one had showed up. When they answered, the receptionist told us they had to cancel and they couldn't make it. This would've been totally understandable except that no one bothered to call us to let us know the that they wouldn't be able to come today. So I've missed a full morning of work waiting around for nothing without any proactive contact on their part. Disappointed in the customer service and how they wasted my time. Will not use their services.
