Bill worked with us to find options and solutions that worked specifically for our fireplace project. He was honest and quick to respond when we had questions or needed guidance. Floating the tile was not the cheapest option, but the result is that we have perfectly leveled tile with mitered corners to give us the seamless wrap around we were looking for! Totally worth it. Our experience was that he was very professional and we had confidence that we hired the right guy with the right team.
Giovani, who did the actual install, was also excellent to work with. He spent four days meticulously prepping and laying tile to give us the look we were going for. He was awesome and took great care to make sure that we were pleased with everything along the way.
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Definitely looking forward to having them back to do our master bath when we are ready.

Very happy with the owner (5/5) and the work. He communicated very well and even though issues occurred he owned up to all of them. He takes time with his projects so be very patient.
Got three floors completed with wood-look tiles. Originally had carpet and ceramic tile all throughout. Demo and installation came out to a good price. My main reason for the four stars as opposed to the five is due to the fact that the walls were not covered with plastic so we had to get our walls retouched. (A friend later informed us that covering should have been a must. )
Other than that I definitely see myself using him again and referring him to others.

Appreciate the honest review. We loved working on the project. I can't tell you how many folks have asked us to do the same floor in their home.
As for the tiles on the stair, everyone wants their stairs the same way!

I had a wonderful experience working with DTLA Tile and Stone. Bill was very experienced in guiding me through the process of my kitchen backsplash project from beginning to end. His worker Rafael was awesome. Very skilled at his work. My backsplash looks exactly how I envisioned it. I definitely recommend DTLA Tile and Stone if you want stellar tile and Stone work done!

William was very responsive and helpful in getting everything organized to begin our bathroom tiling project. The tiler he sent over was Rafael, he was amazing! Always on time! This guy knows his stuff and a near perfectionist! Very courteous and easy to work with. Helps with ideas that really matter. My bathroom tile came out better than I even imagined! We had subway tiled around tub to the ceiling, and octagon on the floor. Niches were built in as well. Photos to be posted soon!

A fantastic experience. Bill and Pedro created a beautiful tile back splash for my cook top. They were knowledgeable about working with the mosaic glass tile and the type of grout that would be best. They were able to start and finish the job in 2 days.
