They cleaned my laptop twice but someone is still getting on it from outside and trying to purchase things. Getting a light blue screen saying don't shut systm doen down loading software. The curser is moving around doing things in the backround. Installed Nord VPN. Still didn't help.

They took my money for a service they never provided. I called to cancel a scheduled appointment, expecting the appointment to be canceled and my payment refunded. Instead, the sales representative looked for ways to avoid issuing a refund for a service that was never rendered.
The customer service representatives were also rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the process. This is unacceptable business practice. Customers should not be charged for services that were never provided, and cancellation requests should be handled professionally and fairly.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Get people who are familiar with Apple iMac's. The tech, while nice, DID NOT KNOW APPLE COMPUTERS. $295 for one hour's work!!!
