- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We want to make sure that we offer a quote that will permit us to meet and exceed your expectations for the project, and that is why we might sometimes need additional project information before we complete our quote. We have developed projects in a wide variety of budget ranges and strive to make sure our clients are always thrilled with the finished product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. We meet in person or over the phone, ask lots of questions and find out everything we need to know about our client and the project. 2. We craft a plan, be it a simple outline or a detailed script, and incorporate our client's input until the plan is approved. 3. We create a schedule for production and post-production and get client approval. 4. We shoot! 5. We edit the first cut and then incorporate our client's input until the final cut is approved, including color correction and audio mixing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Everyone on our team is a seasoned filmmaker, with feature film, documentary and television credits, as well as MFA's from top film schools.
