Jason is thoughtful about his work, puts a lot of effort into getting things JUST RIGHT. He took portrait photos of me and I immediately could tell the difference in my personal and professional profiles that it created a response!Jul 28, 2019
I've been working with Jason for most of this year. He continues to impress me with his skill and knowledge in his field. I've learned so much about how to create exceptional videos for my own business. He answers all my questions, is very detail oriented, and he has excellent taste! We have created content together and it is always a seamless process. He is very punctual and is an extremely hardworking individual. Would definitely hire again for my next photo shoot & video projects!!Aug 12, 2019

Jason was BEYOND INCREDIBLE! He responded to my request quickly and clearly, arrived on time, and was extremely patient with a challenging task! In addition, Jason was flexible, went way above and beyond what was expected, and did it all with a smile! Do not hesitate to work with Jason - he is creative, kind, hardworking, and committed to his craft. He saved my day!Sep 14, 2019Verified
Jason was very quick to respond and was upfront about telling me that my project wasn't a great fit for him. But he was helpful in getting me pointed in a different direction -- the kind of person I am very pleased to have encountered as I am trying to get my project to the right place.Sep 7, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The goals and visions of each of my clients is all unique to each job so the pricing always varies, but my base price starts at $1450. This covers: -A one-on-one personal consultation session to help you figure out what you need the video to do -Creative concepting of an idea tailored to exactly your needs -The indie camera package (basic camera body, lenses, batteries, memory cards tripod) -A full edit and color grade -2 reviews -Finished video file exported and sent to you I'm always happy to discuss what your goals are and come up with ways we can accomplish them within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My first step is always to have a phone call. I want to get to know who you are, what you're looking to create, and how I can best help you. Each gig is completely unique and I approach each of them like cooking a brand new recipe--no 2 meals are the same. By the end of the call I want you to feel like you've got a clear vision for what you'll be making and how we'll make it. And by the end of the production, I want you to feel like you received 10 times the value you expected. All of this starts with a one-on-one phone call. My ultimate goal is to help you, and if I'm not the right person for the job, I will help you get there, even if you do not end up working with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've worked in the advertising world as a director and art director for over 15 years which has been a huge part of my education. I've seen from the best in the business how to convert creative ideas into money making ads. My formal education was at Columbia College Chicago in their masters programs, but I left after one year as I received an internship and was then hired on as an in-house director at an ad agency. My classroom has been professional commercial sets and I've received an excellent education.
