- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes editing hours, second shooters, and tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 ! If you connect with what you see, shoot me an email with more info about the event and we can plan a coffee meet-up or chat on the phone . Step 2! Different packages are offered based on how many hours you would like me to shoot; we also customize packages if you would like to include video. (I'm a videographer & editor as well ) Step 3! It's official once a deposit is put down - lock in that date with a 20% deposit fee . Step 4! Day of the event - I arrive early to get situated and shoot / film .
