Ellery is a very experienced teacher.
He is patient, and has both fostered a friendly relationship with my daughter and be serious and strict when need be, to ensure that she stays on track during lessons and makes progress.
My daughter clearly enjoys going to her lessons and I look forward to seeing her become better and better at violin!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $60 for 30 minutes, $70 for 45 minutes, and $80 for 60 minutes. No additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a student is a brand new beginner, I typically start with the fundamentals of holding and positioning with the violin. For young children, I would recommend the parent be present. For students with experience, I would get to know them by listening to their best prepared piece and form a lesson plan based on their ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended UCLA for Bachelor of Music, Suzuki Book 1 Certification
