Michelle Mathews had the opportunity to prepare two holiday meals for my family. Each meal served 10-12 guests. Michelle's experience allowed to prepare each item requested on our menu. Each dish was neatly packed and reheating instructions were provided. We enjoyed each meal and their were plenty of leftovers.
Advice: If you have specific dishes that MUST prepared a certain way, it is best to provide that recipe to Michelle. That way she can completely satisfy your request.
Overall, Mimi's Catering is a professional service that we will use again in the future.

Because of Chef MiMi's prompt, attention to detail, timely and organized service, I always think of her first when I need catering for an event. In addition she offers guidance to make sure that everything goes well. Meals are elegant and delicious! I highly recommended Chef MiMi's Catering.
