- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts to Military members and their families, elderly discounts. We also provide discounts on materials. We only charge for what we know is going to take to perform the repairs and correct the issues, making sure the customer will not go through the same problem on the same areas. We wanted to have piece of mind and confidence that they paid a certified professional to perform the necessary repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the clients info, so when we arrive at their project(s), their information is already in our database to speed up the process. We inspect the project(s), provide the clients with as much information as possible (provide them with links, and typed information, product and process details) provide them with an estimate and do follow ups On their estimate. Even if we don’t get the job, they still reach out to us for information in case they have questions regarding the repairs being performed by other companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in water damage, mold remediation, certified By the State of California Health Department and fully certified on the trades that we specialize on.
