- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We adhere to industry standard pricing for remediation activities. This means there are no surprises if you choose to file an insurance claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to be detail oriented during our initial inspection. We capture a 3D scan of the affected areas so that we have everything we need to capture the scope during the estimating process. We can generally provide a rough estimate, or not to exceed dollar value, if it's an emergency and you need to stop further damage immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed, bonded, and ensured for all remediation activities. Our technicians are IICRC credentialed and background checked.
