Paul Davis Restoration of Pasadena was central to our family being able to safely return to our Altadena home following the Eaton fire. Our garage and the houses to the left and right all burned leaving only our house standing. While our home was intact, testing showed elevated levels of lead and other heavy metals. Our contractors and other trusted contacts recommended we consult Paul Davis and we are glad they did. A crew of Six worked on our home for an entire day cleaning every surface including walls, ceilings and floors. Armando, the crew leader was very communicative explaining in detail every aspect of how they would ensure the home would be safe once they were finished. We are grateful for all their careful remediation to restore our home such that we feel comfortable to return and begin living there once more. Thanks again to Armando and his terrific team!

Paul Davis Restoration of Pasadena was a lifesaver after a pipe burst flooded my home! The crew was professional, compassionate, and explained every step of the restoration process. They used equipment to dry out the damage saving my home from further harm, they even coordinated with my insurance company making the claims process so much easier during a stressful time. Graham Pulliam of the Pasadena branch of Paul Davis Restoration and his amazing, hardworking, transparent, well trained, and super courteous crew did an OUTSTANDING job on total smoke restoration inside and out of my late sisters 3-story house that was just spared destruction in the Eaton fire but suffered strong smoke damage. Team leaders Marisol and Armando deserve their own shout outs. COULD NOT be more pleased with the work of PDR! Five stars!

I highly recommend this business. They have excellent customer service and they responded very promptly when we had water damage. When our project was going on we always knew what was going on and what the next steps were to take since they did an amazing at telling us the process. We adhere to industry standard pricing for remediation activities. This means there are no surprises if you choose to file an insurance claim.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to be detail oriented during our initial inspection. We capture a 3D scan of the affected areas so that we have everything we need to capture the scope during the estimating process. We can generally provide a rough estimate, or not to exceed dollar value, if it's an emergency and you need to stop further damage immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed, bonded, and ensured for all remediation activities. Our technicians are IICRC credentialed and background checked.
