- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The automatic pricing is based off a rough estimate of SqFt. Once seeing the projects our prices are much more exact, and discounts can be given heavily depending on the circumstance, when it was last cleaned and etc.... Thanks !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible we like to meet them in person, show them what we are going to get done. Then from there schedule, maintain excellent communication. Ensure the work is done on time, with a time working with the clients schedule. All our invoices & estimates are done online so its much more efficient, wasting a lot less paper!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of painting, cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing & More. The total years of experience with these services is +8. I've gone to trades school to learn the basics of safety and how to properly manage a trades business. Our team of professionals has a total of 40+ years of experience under their belts just with window cleaning alone!
