The broken glass in our 85 year old double hung window located on a second story was cleanly and efficiently replaced. Mendel also provided guidance on possible ways to deal with issues in a number of the other old windows. Finally, but not insignificantly, the office staff was also efficient and courteous.

Mr. Buildings did a great job repairing a window that my tenant broke. He came promptly, cut the glass, and replaced the frame in the same day. Other workers told me it would be 8 weeks or 4 weeks, but he got the job done same day at a reasonable price!
