I have 40 years of residential and commercial electrical experience. I have specialized in highly custom lighting and electrical systems through out my career. I have installed and designed every type of lighting control and Home Automation system out there. I have an extremely extensive audio and video system background. For the last 10 years, I was a Senior Design Engineer for the largest AV contractor in the Bay Area. Thanks to the COVID lock down, I can no longer do that. I am currently a Google Nest Pro. Most installers have a low voltage electrical license that limits what they can install. They cannot install automated switches for SmartThings as an example, I can, I have a California C-10 General Electrical license. I can install, configure or design for any residential based system you may need. I have been building PC's since the 1970's. I can install and setup any kind of network or network based system needed. I have a tremendous amount of experience. I am very good at what I do. I have a fair pricing structure and I will exceed your expectations. I offer discounts to two groups that I am thankful for, Senior Citizens and U.S. Vets.

I reached out very late at night and Chris responded first thing in the morning. We set up an appointment that day as he had an open time slot. He went to multiple stores to find the part I needed and then replaced my faulty part that same day. Very nice and helpful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My labor rate may be a bit higher than some other electricians because you will get only me on your project, not some inexperienced laborer. I have done this work for many years. I am experienced and efficient at what I do. I get things done in much less time than my competition. Because of this experience, you end up paying less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed several trades while working for my fathers construction firm in the 1980's. I received my General Electrical Contractors license in 1984. I take continuing education courses yearly to keep up with latest technologies and electrical codes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a general contractor. I grew up in the business. I apprenticed many trades working for him. Being an electronics Geek, electrical came easy to me. I received my C-10 General Electrical Contractors license in 1984. We specialized in small commercial construction, kitchen, bath remodel work and residential additions.
