William arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Not only is he a technician, but he is the owner of 3rd Gen Pest Management. Not only was he thorough, but he took the time to tell me things to do to help prevent bed bugs. I had a bigger company try to take care of my pest issues because they were cheap, but nothing was ever solved. Going with a smaller company and paying a little more was worth it and he is still reasonably fair. It's nice when someone gets the job done right the first time. I will have no problem going on service with 3rd Gen and I highly recommend them if you want quality service and the job done right!

We hired 3rd gen pest management to remove a beehive that was growing in our patio pergola. William was super responsive and came over and removed the hive the same day I got a quote from him. He discovered a few more bee hives growing in the backyard and front yard and showed them to us. One of hives was huge! Was really nice of him to take care of the all the hives for a just a few bucks over the negotiated price!

Made several calls to pest control companies on a Saturday morning. 3rd Gen Pest Management was the only one to return my call that day, and they came out that evening and successfully performed the work.
