Earlier today I got locked out of my office, and I quickly needed help from a locksmith. The office manager said Dont worry, Sergio, we can bring in the locksmith who always works with our building. He is always free in the evenings That was going to cost me nearly $500 dollars, and it would have taken me several hours to get back into my office.Instead I called Hot Falcon, and they immediately put me in touch with Gregory. Greg is the nicest person in the world, and not only did he come within an hour after my call, but he also agreed to do it for a much more reasonable price.When he got to my office, I had accidentally locked yet another door, so he was happy to open both for the same price. Greg was quick, corteous and very professional, and I recommend him highly.
