First person HVAC who gave me a fair estimate and understood my particular circumstance well enough that we could make sure that I didn't pay for more than I needed. I didn't feel safe with others in that way. Most would insist that they could not make an estimate until they looked at it no matter how much experience I demonstrated, I might understand the problem.
