Portillo's responded to our request for a bid within 15min of posting on Thumbtack, and came out the next day to inspect our project. Their bid was a good value for the amount of work we wanted done, and they also came up with several solutions that another electrician said couldn't be done (or would be cost-prohibitive). They scheduled the project as soon as we had all the necessary components. They showed up promptly, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and accomplished everything on our checklist. We will 100% hire them again in the future for any additional electrical needs.

I had a perfect experience with Brayan! He was very professional, respectful, and demonstrated excellent customer service. Although my project was small, he showed up with the same level of integrity and professionalism you would expect on a large job. He checked and replaced bulbs for my external security lights and installed a new Ring floodlight camera with care and precision. He’s also an excellent communicator flexible and helpful, it was refreshing. I will definitely be hiring him again and recommending him to friends and family!
