Ruben is a wizard! He was recommended to us by a professional in the software industry and we are eternally grateful to him because he was able to 1) get my old computer up and running, 2)sync all my devices, and 3) somehow revive my 10-year-old first generation iPod! That means the world to me because I lost my entire music collection in a fire . He also came to my rescue when I was in a panic when it appeared that I had been hacked and he literally dropped everything and stepped me through what I needed to do to change all my passwords and put my mind at ease. Ruben is trustworthy, patient, warm and friendly and super professional. He is always learning and curious about all the new advances in IT methods and securities.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Hourly Rate is 50$ per hour with a 2 hour minimum if work is done on site we require the 2 hour minimum up front as a security deposit to schedule repair. The first 2 hours are paid and if any further works is conducted the clock will start after the first 2 hours. Drop offs are a fixed prices and 50% down is needed upfront to schedule drop off, secondly the last 50% must be paid after the completion of work. Please allow 2-3 day turn around time. Disclaimer: If parts are ordered repairs can be delayed longer depending on shipping and availability of parts.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication is established and all issues regarding a client's system are discussed in detail, to consult the client on the best course of action to take in regards to their budget, priority for repair, etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
