RidX is a great company to work with. He was very professional and explained the rodent problem I was having without scare tactics and gave me options to resolve my problems. I appreciate how nice he was while resolving my rodent problem and scheduled the work quicker than I expected. I recommend using RidX if you went a professional and experienced team to resolve your problems.
Margarito was The best i’ve ever contacted, super helpful and quick. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Went out of his way , over the top to help my family and i. 10/10 recommend and definitely will be referring him to many many people. do not hesitate to contact!!!
Rid-X PestControl took good care of my needs regarding pestcontrol. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I had a pretty persistent cockroach problem, and the technicians were very quick to assess the situation and give a comprehensive treatment proposal. It was an easy process. Their staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail so that I was comfortable with what would take place.
They also made follow-up support and recommendations to prevent further infestation, a nice touch. Overall, the service and efficiency from Rid-X PestControl were above my expectation. Highly recommended for termite, bed bug, and other pest issues one might have.
