Quite responsive. Was clear in communicating how much can be accomplished and the cost for the same. Did the best they could for the lawn clean up. They willingly came back and fixed a sprinkler that was accidentally broken during the McLean up.

Spritz and Blitz are terrific! Angie is a delight to work with. She responded very quickly and scheduled Paul to come out the next day. Her customer service skills are exceptional! Since our initial text, I have texted a few more times, and she is always quick to respond and has a happy disposition. After taking a walk around the jungle (aka front and back yards - as it had been a month since our prior gardener just stopped coming), Paul was able to give me a quote on clean up and future full service lawn care. He was within our budget, very easy to understand, efficient, professional, and since he has a couple of crews, no job is too small. Paul was going to start right then and there, but I had another gardener scheduled for a quote. Needless to say, the other gardener did not work out. I texted Angie, and Paul and crew were out the next day. WOW! Night and day difference. They took care of the entire cleanup quickly and professionally. Everything from mowing, edging, weed contol with a hula hoe, weed prevention, bush trimming, etc. was completed in about an hour and a half. Now, the yards can grow beautifully versus weeds. I am extremely satisfied with Spritz and Bkitz and am proud to be a customer of theirs.

Needed yard work done and was able to schedule an estimate for the next day. They were punctual, knowledgeable, polite. I needed some plants cleared out and the ground leveled to place an above ground pool and they did a great job. Will utilize services again.

While we have only had service twice now, I do appreciate the responsiveness in communication. Our first service Paul did solo on his own and did a great job. Our second week we had a different crew and had some hiccups however they were quickly fixed. I like the idea of having a checklist for the crew to make sure each item is completed each week. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with Spritz N Blitz.
