- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have base pricing as well as packed pricing where things are at a better rate vs seperately . There are add on rates as well but I try to cover everything as much as possible with the individual inquiring for a service so they know what o expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to take the time to have a through consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist of 5 + years and I also am a make up artist with MAC cosmetics. I take classes every 2 -3 months to keep up on trends and techniques to stay current and educated to provide the best quality service for all clients.
