Steve was on time and his prices were extremely fair. I am very pleased that Steve was able to pour my driveway and my new garage pad. I would definitely use Steve again

This may be a lengthy review, but please read. After being ripped off by another contractor and left with a dirt mess, I searched concrete contractors. This is where I found thumbtack, and steve. He came out, gave an estimate and completely blew us away with his work. After being taken to the cleaners with the other guy, we were very hesitant to trust anyone. Steve did exactly what he said would be done, on the exact day it was supposed to be done. He answered my calls and texts promptly. He gave his ideas in regards to what he thought would look nice for our side access. His partner Todd built a custom gate for us too. We had a large job, with a lot of work to
Be done but he did it, and we couldn't be happier. I am not one to typically review, but I felt I needed to pass on my experience with Steve. We would definitely hire again!!

Replaced cracked entry way concrete. Beautiful job, very prompt, very courteous. Would highly recommend SDV Engineering.

He was very prompt about getting us bids and then wanted 1/2 of the $14,000 before he started the job and then the other 1/2 when he started the job. This is not legal in the state of California and Thumbtack should really be aware of this issue with this contractor.

Sheree if you looked back at our conversations I never asked for money up front.I asked for half when I was half done which is when it's all set up and ready to pour concrete, the rest when the job was done. This is a mistake on your part and not accurate For you to write a review that would give people a false opinion of me and my integrity is wrong and unfair. Please go back over our conversations.

Excellent experience! Steve was Very professional from start to finish... I had concrete added onto my patio, a walk way added to the die of my house, and a water drain installed and I am very satisfied with the end results and service! I worked with several contractors over the past months doing home improvments and SDV Engineering is definitely in a class of their own! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!
