I have almost been with Wellspring for 2 years and they were very responsive to maintenance requests (especially water leaking). I also felt very comfortable with the maintenance workers they sent. Their tenant portal was super easy to use and easy to set up for autopayments. Best property management I've worked with!

I purchased my home over 15 years ago following a military assignment to the Ridgecrest, California area. A few years later and prior to transferring overseas to another military base, I decided to have a locally (well known) company manage my property. Over the years and after having a friend do a courtesy walkthrough of my home in preparation to place it back on the market for rent. It immediately became apparent to me that the other property management company had totally neglected my house and it required well over $15k in repairs over time. To put it bluntly; it was horrific and the unnamed property management company did the bare minimum and merely collected their monthly fees without performing routine inspections. I was sorely disappointed, quickly terminated their contact and personally managed it from afar for the next few years.Upon my return to the states a few years later, I decided to take a chance and have it professionally managed once again. I conducted thorough research of several property managers in Ridgecrest and eventually contacted Chrissy Wade at Wellspring Property Management. I must admit that I was rather skeptical at first due to my previous experiences with the other company. Nevertheless, I must admit that Chrissy and her team steadily gained my confidence in their abilities.They were honest, professional, transparent, personable, knowledgeable, innovative, and true problem solvers. These are some of the key qualities in which I as an owner and investor seek in business relationships.I decided to finally place my house on the market to sell a few months ago (2020) and my realtor of choice was Debbie Dibble. I've been investing in real estate across the country spanning four decades and without hesitation; Debbie Dibble is absolutely "One Of The Best" I've had the privilege of working with to list, repair, and rapidly close escrow on my house in the midst of an ongoing pandemic. She was an astute visionary, coordinator, and a very effective communicator. The Wellspring Property Management team is absolutely awesome and is the best that I have ever worked with! I rented from them for 2 years and they quickly resolved any maintenance issue that arose (such as switching from the heater to the evaporative cooler etc..) and were always polite, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely rent from them again!
