David is a honest, kind, humble and does what he says he’s going to! He has quality builders who don’t cut corners, and he delivered a huge deck remodel (600sqft, 14’ tall, with new structural engineering) in the time he said he would (6wks demo+build) and on budget. The only delay was an from an architect outside of his control.
Excited to work with him again!

I hired David to widen a door frame. He responded to my initial request almost immediately. He gave me a quote over the phone, which was really convenient. I got quotes from 2 other contractors and David gave me the best price AND got the job done faster than what the others quoted me.
He and his worker were very friendly and efficient. I’d hire him to do future work.

David and his team did a complete renovation of our old master bathroom. David was quick to respond and visit for a quote and completed the work at the agreed upon price.
We had an old shower/tub combo that was removed and replaced with a tiled walk-in shower, bathroom carpet was pulled up and tile installed, new cabinets, sinks, toilets and fixtures. I was able to visit the store with David to select tile, cabinetry and all other items I wanted, which was great.
The work took a little longer than we hoped for but David kept us in the loop as to why and kept us informed as the project progressed, which was appreciated. As the work progressed we had a few other items come up around the house which we asked David about helping with (light/fuse issue, broken fan in the laundry, outside gate repair), his team worked on these issues too. We greatly appreciated their flexibility in helping us out with these, even those it was outside of the scope of the original work.
The end result is great and we are enjoying our new bathroom space. Defersol Building Contractor is worth checking out!
