I hired Defersol Building Contractor to refresh the front porch of our 1914 Craftsman home, and David and his team were amazing to work with. They were highly responsive and provided a detailed proposal that perfectly captured our vision for the project. Most importantly, their craftsmanship was top-notch. They went above and beyond to deliver high-quality work that actually improved upon the original character of the house. I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I would have checked all boxes, Defersol personnel were amazing to work with, they were very attentive to what we wanted and made it all happen. I would highly recommend them. We had dry rot in our bathroom. They fixed everything and gave us a beautiful, bigger shower. They did such a great job, we hired them to remodel our hall bathroom shower.

I am so glad I found this team of builders. They worked great continuously every day to meet my needs. The conversion from a tub to a shower came out amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend David. He and his crew were awesome! They completed a bathroom update for me. David was on time, reliable, and professional at every point along the way. There were a few times I needed to leave the house while they were working.
