David and his team did a complete renovation of our old master bathroom. David was quick to respond and visit for a quote and completed the work at the agreed upon price.
We had an old shower/tub combo that was removed and replaced with a tiled walk-in shower, bathroom carpet was pulled up and tile installed, new cabinets, sinks, toilets and fixtures. I was able to visit the store with David to select tile, cabinetry and all other items I wanted, which was great.
The work took a little longer than we hoped for but David kept us in the loop as to why and kept us informed as the project progressed, which was appreciated. As the work progressed we had a few other items come up around the house which we asked David about helping with (light/fuse issue, broken fan in the laundry, outside gate repair), his team worked on these issues too. We greatly appreciated their flexibility in helping us out with these, even those it was outside of the scope of the original work.
The end result is great and we are enjoying our new bathroom space. Defersol Building Contractor is worth checking out!

David and his team completed 2 .ajor projects for us. First was rebuilding our balcony that had extensive dry rot. Second project was handling water damage caused by flooding of upstairs bathroom. Thet did a wonderful job on both the projects and in a timely manner. I will definitely hire him again in future.

All the horror stories I've heard about contractors never happened with David and his crew; they were always on time, worked hard, did what they said they were going to do, were polite and professional and I wouldn't hire anyone else for future jobs. So far, they have redone our back porch/laundry room, are a few days from completing a kitchen remodel and we will be planning a remodel of the living room and replacement of all floors; I'll let you know how it goes.
