We needed to replace two load-bearing beams on the porch of our 1908 bungalow. It was important to us that the new beams match the other beams on the porch in quality and appearance. Some additional custom work was needed to accomplish that. We got bids from 2 contractors for our project, and we chose Defersol because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The time from initial interview to project start was about 3 weeks, owing mostly to weather. What impressed me is that David remembered all of the fine details we had discussed at that first meeting. His workmen were professional and courteous. They left the area spotless, and many neighbors commented on the quality of their work.
