- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 typical 3 bedroom house includes hallway. All spotting and odor control included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free onsite estimate so that I can properly quote a job. I feel that providing a proper quote and not high pressuring my clients into extra services on the job is key to how I do business. If I do quote via thumbtack, it's an out the door price, no nickel and diming my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually educate myself and my crew on new practices and cleaning news.
