FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At High Quality Homes Construction, our pricing is based on detailed estimates that consider materials, labor, project size, design complexity, permits, and local code requirements. We focus on quality craftsmanship, not shortcuts. We provide a free initial consultation and estimate so you can clearly understand the scope and projected investment before committing. Transparency is very important to us. All costs are clearly outlined in your written proposal. If changes are requested during construction, we provide a written change order before any additional work begins

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At High Quality Homes Construction, our foundation is built on both hands-on experience and formal education. We currently hold an active General Contractor license, which means our work meets state requirements for technical knowledge, safety standards, building codes, and construction law. This ensures every project is completed professionally and in compliance with regulations. In addition, we are actively studying to become a licensed architect. This ongoing education strengthens our ability to: • Understand structural design at a deeper level • Improve space planning and functionality • Deliver smarter construction solutions • Communicate more effectively with engineers and designers • Anticipate potential issues before they become problems This combination of licensed contracting experience and architectural training allows us to bridge the gap between design and construction — helping clients achieve projects that are not only structurally sound, but thoughtfully designed. Our commitment to continuous learning reflects our commitment to quality.
