The work was done very efficiently and it was installed quickly. I purchased the Home worrty service. The cost was covered by HWA. I'm not sure how much the insurance company paid.

Anthony came out from TNT very helpful young man hes a very professional worker. He explained to me that HVAC is not his specialty. He just does Plumbing and he was very honest and informative. He doesnt work on stuff like that so he told me hes gonna call American Shield and let them know that I need an HVAC person. Im happy with that and everybody youve sent for my services has been very professional. Im happy with American Shield and I tell everybody they need to get American Shield now. I wait for American Shield to send me out an HVAC person. I should really say a technician thank you very much.

Thank you to Tim and Colin at TnT Plumbing. We initially submitted a service request to our warranty company late one night regarding a leaking water heater, and they assigned TnT Plumbing for the service call.Tim came out the very next morning to evaluate the situation. Indeed, we needed a new water heater. Since we were going away for a few days, Tim was able to safely shut off the hot water to the condo, giving us peace of mind while we were away.On the scheduled installation day, Colin arrived exactly within the promised timeframe. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one efficiently. He then walked us through all of the controls and answered every question we had.Both Tim and Colin were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was their communication, quality workmanship, and the real-time location tracking, which made it easy to know exactly when they would arrive.We truly appreciated the outstanding service and highly recommend TnT Plumbing.
