After calling around and wandering around a lot of apps looking for someone who can help me with replacing my 22 year old water heater, I picked out Jose. He had the offer that I wanted. That is, you could pick out your own water heater and everything else you want. He would come in and install them for you. In return, he charged you FAR LESS than what many others would.
