Great Response. Alan is a very likeable individual, well informed and understands the overall goal. We plan on teaming with Alan to be our "Architect of Choice" for other projects on our radar. Walt Vickers - General Contractor

General Contracting
My house was updated and remodeled by APCO. I have worked with a number of contractors. APCO is very different. APCO has Laura and Alan who are very talented designers. Their design ideas turned my house into a showcase - something I could not have imaged on my own. They were honest and dedicated to pleasing me. I highly recommend APCO.

Home Remodeling
We have completed the planning and permit stages and are starting the demolition. The contractor at Apcotects has understood our design ideas and has incorporated them into his plan. We are anxious to see the finished addition.

Working with Pikul Inc has been a pleasure from job start to finish. Starting off with the job walk: being prompt; asking scope of work clarifying questions; sending bid proposal before due date (most contractors have to be reminded of due date). Pikul Inc was helpful in suggesting hardware & project alternatives with respect to lead time and cost. Their pricing was reasonable and they beat their competitors on pricing, delivery and workmanship. Their team was on time and responsive to the onsite team. They were professional, cleaned up their work areas, and gave us daily updates on the project progress.

Alan is a very reliable contractor that did repairs on a house I had in escrow he showed up promptly and fully prepared to replace a fence on the side of the house that was a mess. He as well replaced some insulation on ducting in the attic. The biggest job he did there was to epoxy the whole inside of the swimming pool it looks beautiful. He finished quickly all the jobs with excellent work and integrity.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We're old school so our prices are typically lower than most licensed companies! We also have printed price guides that we publish if our customers are just curious to know what things cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Everything starts with contacting the client. Find out as much information on project as possible. Provide a preliminary estimate based on a written scope of work or blueprints/plans. If customer is in agreement we draft up either a design contract or a contract for the services needed. If the client is in agreement we will then meet at the site to confirm and sign contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Started in Roofing in 1976.......moved to carpentry and high rise steel buildings in 1981 to pay for college. Was an independent contractor for several framing companies in the 80's. Started my own business in late 80's. In 1996 after 20 years in the industry I received my General Contractors license. Since then, we've either been a part, worked on, or provided our services to hundreds of projects over a 22 year period.
