Andy was very responsive from inquiry to final delivery of photos. He was punctual with his arrival as well as his delivery of selected photos. Andy was exceptional as a photographer for my graduation day! Even though it was his first time shooting at Stanford, he had a great eye for setting up all the different shots we took around the campus and was really able to capture me and my family at our best. He was a joy to work with, adapting to day-of changes in plans when necessary, and following up quickly with a great set of edited photos. At my request, he even took a second pass at retouching a few photos to improve the color balance - going the extra mile which I really appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quality of photos you will receive is worth the price. No discounts to any customers. Retouching is extra $.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I get as much detail about the shoot before giving a quote. When appointment is booked, A photo contract along with an invoice to pay the 30% down payment will be sent via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year photography experience. 2 years working with Prestige Portraits.
