I had a great phone conversation with Luis—what stood out was how thoroughly he explained each step of the process, including a free two-week follow-up for my tenants’ roach and bed bug issues. Unlike previous exterminators who rushed us into a contract and didn’t resolve the problem, Los Amigos took the time to ensure a lasting solution. Their service was well worth the price, as my tenants are now reporting a pest-free home. I also appreciated their expertise and the detailed report with photos that they sent afterward. I called on a Saturday evening and was surprised to get an answer especially when everyone else was closed. They scheduled me for Sunday morning, which was incredibly convenient. Unlike other pest control companies that try to push contracts, the technician simply explained that he could resolve my cockroach issue in a couple of visits and he did. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable, and I’m now considering a monthly plan for preventative care.
