SilvaBuilt re did my loft space in the garage. Not only did he overbuilt it making it much more safe but he also brought up some electrical issues. He quoted me the electrical repair and he resolved my issues. There was also some damage they did during the work but once I brought it to Mikes attention he was very professional in repairing it. Five out of Five.

I hired Silva on May 06, 2024 for my home improvement that is a kitchen remodeling and the building of a wine rack and we agreed I was going to pay him $26000.00. The first week, he brought his guys and they did the demo and two days into the work, he requested $9000. The work he did was not worth that amount but I trusted him and gave him the money. He was supposed to complete the kitchen remodeling on June 3rd per our contract. As soon as he received the second installment that is after a week of work, I was expecting him to show up for work but he never showed up and neither did he communicate to me why he was not coming. He did not show up for entire next week. He later told me he had taken another job in between and prioritized that instead. He delayed my work and completed it about 2 weeks after the dateline.

He then promised me he was going to finish the wine rack in the next week. Not only did he not show up as promised but never communicated as well. Came a week after and did some demo and requested for money to buy materials, in all this, I was patient and tolerant just so he could finish the job without us having issues. The last time he came here to my home is June 22 and has since been ignoring my calls and messages. He has received $24000 out of the $26000. Has sent me a receipt for just 17000 despite the fact that I requested the other receipt multiple times.

I hired a licensed contractor because I did not want to deal with the unprofessionalism that some unlicensed contractor most often portrayed but Silva is very unprofessional. I have been more than patient with him and he abused the trust. See the picture of the manner he has left me home. Terrible, Terrible!!!
