Love this company! Flooded my upstairs laundry room which went through the floor/ceiling down to my kitchen. Lots of work via my insurance claim as well as lots of frustration with the restoration company. The “floor guy” via my insurance refused to warranty the LVP flooring I had already purchased. Let me just say that this was a very nice quality LVP purchased only after months of research.
So I decided to just hire someone myself via Thumbtack. Contacted 3 companies but 5 Star Flooring was head and tails above the other two in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and price point.
Dustin, Cody and their team are awesome!! They completed my entire home and I am just overwhelmed by how great a job they did and how much I LOVE my new floors!
They showed each day early/on time. Worked meticulously as if working in their own home. And were so creative and helpful before, during, and after installation.
It is very evident how much these guys love what they do and take pride in their work. And to top it off, they work hard to satisfy the customer while giving their professional recommendations.
It really did feel like I had some friends over working on my floors. Plus they were very consistent in tidying up their work spaces each day…like they had never been here at all.
Highly recommend 5 Star Flooring if you’re looking to get your floors done!

I absolutely love the work these guys did. Everything came out exactly as we wanted and was extremely impressed with how clean they kept things throughout the process. Would definitely use this company again and have already referred them to my aunt for her flooring project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site estimate! Being very honest and up front with the entire process. If certain issues arise we take accountability and present several options
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been certified to install epoxy, we have been to many training seminars from pergo to junkers hardwood. What I mean by we, is most of my crews have taken the same courses together.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In high school we were required to acquire a mentor and donate a certain amount of hours working with them. My brother in law was a flooring contractor and that made it easy to work with him and learn. After high school I started installing flooring and I really enjoy doing the custom side of flooring.
