- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on certain factors like Distance, what kind of items and how long we will be on site loading. We can charge by the hour for the bigger clean ups or we can give you a fixed price based on pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make it as easy as possible for you, all we need is a date & time, service address, name and phone number and we send a invoice via text or email that can be paid using our easy payment processing system and we also accept cash .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working 10 years in the refuse industry, we noticed customers (home owners) didnt have an option for a sevice to remove old junk or trash from there property. So we decided to give them that option at a fair price . Far cheaper then the trash/sanitation companies could do it for . So Freedom clean up was born in 2018 and has been serving home owners and businesses since then .
