KD Tennis is the best tennis academy that I have ever worked with. Their staff consist of highly trained and double digit UTR’s. I really liked their way of teaching, and they go slow and really work on the mechanics of the player. Overall, KD tennis has made me improve exponentially, and I hope that it will help you too.

KC is an excellent coach who has really helped my kids solidify their game. My 12-year-old improved her UTR by 2 points while my 14-year-old has gone up 1.5 UTR points in the year we have been with him. He has great technical expertise and a team of assistant coaches who bring their own knowledge of the game. My kids appreciate his humor, honesty about what they can improve, specific advice as he watches them play matches, and his tennis network that has given them an opportunity to play with many different high-level players. He’s also great at getting kids to think long-term about their tennis goals and how to get there.

Coach KD is beyond amazing in his knowledge, techniques and approach to instruction. His ability to relate and break down concepts both physically and theoretically yet understandably for even a beginner like me has really allowed me to adapt and learn tennis at a later age in life, which I myself was not sure I could do. In just a few months of training, I went from not knowing how to hit a ball or hold a racket to being able to do so with, surprisingly, drastic improvement! I am excited to continue my training with him to achieve my performance goals in mind.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with asking the students what they would like to work on and depending on their answer I fulfill the initial request and from there I branch out to all aspects of the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Military College and that helped me a lot to know how to lead and help others
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A lot of people have always complimented me on my high IQ for the game and how I am able to explain every shot in layman’s terms. So I gave coaching a shot and it came very easy to me and all my students who I have ever taught have understood the game more than ever and they fell in love with it more.
